In the past three years Erin has motivated thousdands of women with her determination and positivity while sharing by her motto... "the things that scare you make you grow."

MINDSHIFT (takeaways)

  1. Self-care is not selfish its mandatory!Think of it as the facemask on the airplane... you have to put yours on first before you help someone else. Same applies with self-care.
  2. Don’t ever stop fighting for yourself and your kids. If you don't fight for yourself, you’ll have less for your kids.
